Welcome to Dinner for One—a series that started as a college class project where I was tasked with “creating a series of YouTube videos that teach someone to do something” (and this was the original intro, smh). Fast forward to now, and I’m revamping the one-person recipe series with taste, time, ease, and the wallet still top of mind.

In this series, I’ll show you how to take one protein and break it down into at least five different meals for a week of dinners. It’ll only take just a little bit of planning, spices, and a dash of creativity. No more eating the same thing over and over—it’s all about giving your taste buds variety without spending hours in the kitchen. All these meals will be quick to prepare, require minimal effort, and are (mostly) sustainable and health-conscious.

Please note that I’m neither a chef nor a dietician, just someone who likes to cook and is usually good at it. But, if you’re ready to level up your dinner game let’s get cooking!
